The Nipomo Area Senior Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit group that caters to the needs of senior citizens in and around our community. Our members reside in locales from Arroyo Grande to Santa Maria. We provide seniors access to equipment such as wheel chairs, shower chairs, etc. (when available) at no charge.  Additionally, we have activities geared toward healthy aging such as exercise classes and competitive mental games. We also are a “cooling center” wherein our doors are open, aside from normal business hours, any time the temperature exceeds 90 degrees thus providing an air-conditioned environment to an area relatively void of home air conditioners.

Please note: You DO NOT need to be a member to take advantage of our medical equipment loaning program or utilize the “cooling center” when open.
